The concept

The Shelby is built on a simple premise: guests should never feel like they are in the same place twice during a single visit. Roman arches, dark woods, brass, and stone set the stage; layered, low light keeps the mood intentional. The result is subtle theatricality—premium hospitality with a modern edge, not a theme park.

From the arrival foyer to the bar, booths, quiet lounge, and the members-only speakeasy, each zone has its own energy. The venue evolves across the night so dwell time, discovery, and connection stay high.

Distinct environments, one cohesive identity—designed so you can dine, sip, celebrate, or dance the weekend away under one roof.

  • Grand dining room

    The flexible core: modular tables for intimate dinners or large parties. After kitchen close on weekends, the room transforms—DJ booth and dance floor emerge without a full reset.

  • Semi-private booths

    Perimeter alcoves framed by Roman-style pillar archways—warm, dampened acoustics, seating for six to eight. Ideal for date nights, small celebrations, and late-night bottle and cocktail service.

  • The bar

    A twenty-seat premium bar focused on cocktail craft—quick visits or long, slow evenings—with integrated sampling to help guests discover new favorites.

  • The Vault

    A dual-room speakeasy in the back: a quieter, members-forward lounge and a more social game room—pool, darts, poker—so exclusivity and high-energy entertainment can coexist.

  • Quiet lounge

    Just beyond the host stand—lower noise and visual separation for one-on-one dates, business conversations, or anyone easing into the night away from the main pulse.

  • Arrival

    Foyer with host stand and coat check, transitional lighting, and details that move guests from the outside world into a curated experience.

  • Restrooms

    Brand-forward touches where guests least expect them—statement mirrors, premium amenities, and small experiential moments worth sharing.

Brevard natives and identical twins Stephen and Joseph bring a combined 40 years of hospitality experience from Los Angeles, now introducing big-city style, service, and professionalism to Brevard.
